  • Overseeing and acting as an escalation point for onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Supervising the employee lifecycle, including training requests, employee movements, and performance management, with HR Assistant's support

  • Managing non-typical working arrangements, including contractors and FTCs, ensuring proper IR35 assessments and processes

  • Addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support

  • Providing HR advice and support to management and staff

  • Communicating HR policies, procedures, and updates effectively to employees

  • Staying updated on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation

  • Supervising the monthly end-to-end payroll process

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Lead

  • CIPD Level 5 or above

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into people-centric strategies aligned with organisational goals, promoting growth, innovation, and sustained success

  • Knowledge and application of employment law, including IR35

  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases and operational HR processes, including payroll

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with a high level of empathy

What you can expect from us

  • Flexible hours and a hybrid working environment; work from home and our dog-friendly office in Soho with access to an onsite gym and media room

  • Lunch delivered daily in the office (Dishoom, Honi Poke, Salad Kitchen - you name it, we’ve tried it!)

  • Commuter costs reimbursed (up to a gross contribution of £2,700 per annum)

  • 25 days paid holiday and an additional day to celebrate your birthday

  • Enhanced parental & adoption leave to support you in your journey through parenthood

  • We’ll double match your pension contribution (allowing you to contribute up to 5% of your gross salary, with us contributing up to 10%)

  • Private medical and travel insurance with AXA from day one, inclusive of mental health support

  • Learning and development initiatives to empower you in your career

  • Comprehensive life assurance policy of 5x your base salary to provide you and your loved ones with peace of mind
