Our Technology
Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. It’s built to empower developers to create smart contracts and decentralised applications with ease. Today, the Tezos ecosystem is made up of thousands of passionate community members actively involved in various projects and initiatives including the development of decentralised applications, smart contracts, and educational content. We’re proud to partner with the likes of Manchester United, McLaren Racing, Ubisoft, and Societe Generale (to name a few). The Role
The Growth & Marketing function is the creative force instrumental in driving the growth and success of the Tezos ecosystem. As the Content Lead, you will play a key role in designing and executing a content strategy, and in creating content that resonates with our ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on our digital platforms where you’ll curate, edit, and optimise content to provide valuable insights and information to our audience.

If you’re a master storyteller and possess an analytical mindset, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of transforming our content performance.

What you’ll do

  • Managing content across the Trilitech and Tezos digital properties, including website, blogs, and Medium publication

  • Collaborating with the wider Growth & Marketing team and other ecosystem entities to plan, create and distribute impactful content

  • Collaborating with Leadership and Marketing teams to develop a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy

  • Managing and mentoring the Content team

  • Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information

  • Creating appropriate website content aligned with Tezos’ strategy, while collaborating with ecosystem partners to ensure their content is also appropriately aligned

  • Implementing SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the Tezos standards

  • Creating and implementing strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics

  • Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, monitoring competitor websites


What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Content Lead in the Web3 space

  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams to ensure websites meet GDPR requirements

  • Strong passion for Web3 and blockchain technology

  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation

  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Meticulous attention-to-detail and a commitment to maintaining high editorial standards
