The Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our Community team. We focus on strategic community-driven initiatives to drive success. From community building to campaign execution, we use our expertise to captivate and broaden our audience.

You will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and implementing social media campaigns and community growth strategies across the Tezos and Trilitech channels. You will be responsible for regularly reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns, while discovering new ways to optimise their growth. You will also be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the blockchain space.

What you’ll do

  • Own the creation and execution of a social media strategy

  • Create high quality engaging content for our social media platforms

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the blockchain space, ensuring content remains relevant for our target audience

  • Monitor community sentiment online and address any concerns promptly

  • Ownership of operating and growing Tezos’ and Trilitech’s social media channels

  • Track, monitor and report content performance through insights and analytics

  • Create cost-effective social media marketing campaigns aimed at increasing trilitech’s social media presence and general awareness of Tezos

  • Streamline social media channels to ensure content and tone of voice is consistent

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management within the blockchain space

  • Understanding and passion for blockchain technology and its application

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience driving social media campaigns on channels such as Twitter(X), LinkedIn, Farcaster, YouTube, Instagram, and Discord

  • Experience with social media analytics tools

  • Data-driven mindset, using data to report on social media strategies/results to senior stakeholders

  • Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
