The Role
The Gaming team at Trilitech has collaborated with other Tezos ecosystem entities to achieve several large, high-profile partnerships for the Tezos blockchain project. These include Manchester United and Ubisoft, along with high-potential ambitious startups such as Dogami and Tezotopia. As a User Acquisition Manager, you will drive all user acquisition (UA) efforts within our mobile gaming publishing operation.

This is a high impact role necessary for launching and scaling our mobile games, achieving widespread adoption, and engaging millions of global players. If you have extensive experience in mobile game marketing, and have built a UA function from the ground up, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team to guide and implement our UA strategies, making you the cornerstone of the game's market success.

What you’ll do

  • Strategising, executing and managing all aspects of our user acquisition efforts, focusing on innovative and effective strategies tailored for mobile games

  • Identifying and targeting strategic geographies for low CPI, optimising our games' KPIs and ensuring broad, cost-effective reach

  • Building and maintaining robust relationships with UA networks and platforms to support our games' growth objectives

  • Taking a hands-on approach to the setup and expansion of the UA function within our organisation, embodying both leadership and direct execution roles

  • Continuously analysing campaign data to refine and adapt UA strategies, ensuring optimal allocation of budget and resources

  • Collaborating closely with Development and Product teams to create a cohesive and unified approach to game launches and ongoing growth initiatives

  • Keeping up-to-date with mobile game marketing trends and practices, integrating the latest insights and technologies into our UA efforts

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in mobile game user acquisition, with significant experience in strategy development and hands-on campaign execution

  • Evidence of successfully building or leading UA teams, with a strong foundation in team development and performance optimisation

  • Deep understanding of UA networks, mobile game marketing strategies, and geographic optimisation for campaign performances

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decision to steer UA strategy and implementation

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept to convey complex strategies and results across all levels of the organisation

  • Genuine passion for gaming, with insight into player behaviour and trends within the mobile gaming industry

  • Knowledge of blockchain and Web3 marketing strategies is desirable
