Our Technology
Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. It’s built to empower developers to create smart contracts and decentralised applications with ease. Today, the Tezos ecosystem is made up of thousands of passionate community members actively involved in various projects and initiatives including the development of decentralised applications, smart contracts, and educational content. We’re proud to partner with the likes of Manchester United, Ubisoft, and Societe Generale (to name a few). The Role
The Gaming team at Trilitech has collaborated with other Tezos ecosystem entities to achieve several large, high-profile partnerships for the Tezos blockchain project. These include Manchester United and Ubisoft, along with high-potential ambitious startups such as Dogami and Tezotopia. As a Business Development & Project Manager, you will take ownership of cultivating gaming-related strategic partnerships and integration opportunities in Europe to accelerate the adoption of Tezos.

You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of expanding gaming opportunities in Europe.

What you’ll do

• Identifying high value partnership opportunities in the region (inbound and outbound), targeting AAA developers/publishers and ambitious startups
• Collaborating with the Global Head of Gaming to adapt investment evaluation framework to local context, and applying it flexibly to highlight high value partners
• Building financial and business models, and preparing investment recommendations highlighting opportunities and risks
• Negotiating with potential partners on deal terms to find a positive way forward for all stakeholders
• Owning projects and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the partnership is successful
• Representing the Tezos ecosystem at regional and global events as necessary

What you’ll need

• Previous experience working in gaming and/or blockchain industry in business-related roles (e.g. business development, strategy, operations, and publishing/marketing)
• Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the industry
• Evidence of successful end-to-end deals and/or projects
• Self-starter with high level of initiative, ownership, and urgency
