Context

Nomadic Labs and Trilitech are key contributors to the Tezos blockchain roadmap. These two companies collaborate daily on all aspects of the roadmap, including engineering, business development, marketing, and communication.

Overview of the Role

As a Program Manager Officee (PMO), you will interact with the Executive Committee of both companies and report directly to the CTO or equivalent. You will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and communicating strategic initiatives and R&D programs. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals, managing budgets, and driving program success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Coordination

  • Ensure real-time visibility and communication of strategic initiatives and programs to teams at Nomadic Labs and TriliTech.
  • Coordinate the tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and key performance indicators related to strategic initiatives, programs, resources, and risks

Reporting and Documentation

  • Manage reporting to the Tezos Foundation.
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports related to the Research Tax Credit (CIR).
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate budget tracking with the Execute Committee of Nomadic Labs and TriliTech.
  • Manage the tracking of contracts with suppliers and service providers, assigning tasks and communicating expected results.

Risk Management

  • Identify and assess potential project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Propose and implement improvements to project management processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Holder of a minimum Bac +5 degree, preferably in engineering.
  • Bilingual in English.
  • Strong interest in Web3 and blockchain.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of performance indicators and OKRs.
  • Reporting skills and experience in preparing administrative and financial documents.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track supplier contracts.
