Nomadic Labs is one of the largest research and development centers within the Tezos ecosystem. This Paris-based company brings together more than 60 people, the majority of whom are highly-skilled software engineers (25+ PhDs) contributing to the Tezos engineering roadmap.

Nomadic Labs prioritizes three key areas: (1) maintaining the Tezos blockchain’s position as a technological leader in the blockchain industry through deep expertise in functional programming (OCaml, Rust), formal methods, cryptography, and decentralized systems; (2) driving the adoption of Tezos technology; and (3) assisting companies and institutions in France, BeNeLux, and Germany to leverage the Tezos blockchain for their business requirements by offering dedicated technical support.

Job Purpose:

The Communications Project Manager is primarily responsible for implementing the company’s communication strategy by driving the delivery of communication projects, covering events, social media, and content creation to engage effectively with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PR Strategy Coordination: help reinforce and execute public relations strategy in the region, collaborating closely with a PR agency, ecosystem cross-functional teams and Head of Communication.
  • Event Project Management: Designing, planning, and executing the company’s events (both internal and external) in the region, managing the budget, contractors, overseeing logistics, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Social Media Management: Developing and executing social media strategy, managing editorial calendars, creating captivating content that foster community engagement, and tracking performance indicators.
  • Content Creation: Crafting and supervising a variety of content (articles, press releases, social media posts, web content, etc.), tailored to various target audiences and communication channels.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring the actions taken, analyzing their impact (ROI), and preparing regular reports to adjust strategies accordingly. Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress.

  • Project Management: Ability to design, plan, and manage communication projects efficiently.
  • Digital Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in using social media platforms, basic knowledge of graphic design softwares.
  • Digital Communication: Expertise in content creation and SEO knowledge to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Ability to produce clear, persuasive content suitable for various formats.
  • Data Analysis: Skill in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: min 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Creativity, autonomy, organizational skills, team spirit, adaptability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language : native level proficiency in French & English (C1/C2)

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Paris office
  • Occasional travel may be required.
