We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and grow together with experienced professionals in the PropTech industry.

⚠️ Important: Hybrid role in Lviv. Candidates should be available to work from our Lviv office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software development processes and track task execution
• Communicate with clients and support effective project communication
• Gather and document project requirements
• Maintain project documentation and monitor deadlines
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to resolve day-to-day project issues
• Support project planning and prioritization
• Work with project management tools to ensure smooth delivery processes
  

Requirements

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) level
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in the IT industry

• Recently completed IT, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related courses
• Have participated in volunteer initiatives, student organizations, hackathons, internships, or personal projects
• Are looking for their first commercial experience in IT
