Who We Are

We are a gambling & betting startup actively expanding in the MENA region.
Our core markets are Algeria, Egypt, and Morocco.

We’re currently looking for an Affiliate Manager with 6+ months of experience to join our team and help scale our affiliate network across these markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing affiliate partnerships across MENA (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco)
• Sourcing, onboarding, and scaling new affiliates
• Working with revenue share deals and building long-term partnerships
• Developing and maintaining your affiliate base in the region
• Monitoring traffic quality and key performance metrics
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results
• Preparing reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Testing new traffic sources and approaches
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 0.5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Proven experience working with the MENA region
• Existing affiliate base in MENA (revshare model is a must)
• Must be a local (based in Algeria, Egypt, or Morocco)
• Experience in gambling / betting (iGaming) vertical
• Experience with multiple traffic sources
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• English level B2 or higher
• Proactive and performance-driven mindset
