We are an online casino project operating in the CIS, Europe, and Latin America. Our product operates 24/7 and includes 50+ game providers. We are currently seeking a Casino Manager to manage the casino division and directly influence revenue growth and product development.

What you'll be doing:

🎮 Provider Management

Communication with 50+ providers (slots, live, instant)

Communication on new releases and partnership terms

Configuring game availability by region

Optimization of the current portfolio

Working with leading market providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and others.

📊 Analytics and Optimization

Metric analysis (GGR, NGR, RTP, game popularity)

Data-driven casino lobby optimization

Competitor analysis

Finding growth opportunities and high-yield games

🛠 Product Management

Participation in product integration

Configuring tournaments and promotional mechanics

Optimizing the use of games for bonuses

Initiating improvements

🌟What we expect from a candidate

3+ years of experience in B2C online casinos
(Casino Manager or Product Manager)

Experience working with providers or aggregators is required

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of casino product logic

Knowledge of provider markets and their commercial models

A plus

Experience working with the CIS, European, and LATAM markets

Understanding regional game specifics

Experience connecting new providers

Proactive and a systematic approach
