Real Estate Bees is a U.S. real estate lead marketplace, running since 2017. We generate motivated-seller leads through SEO, PPC, YouTube and social, and connect them with investors across the country. We're a ~30-person fully remote team, hiring across product, marketing and operations.
Why this role exists
We're scaling and hiring is the bottleneck. We don't have a real recruitment function — we want you to build one. Not to process requisitions, but to own the entire path from "we need someone" to "they're performing."
What ownership means here
You own hiring outcomes, not hiring activity. A role isn't closed when someone signs; it's closed when they clear probation and deliver. You design the pipeline, run sourcing, close candidates, and own onboarding and the probation period. If a hire underperforms early, that's yours to diagnose and fix. You build the process, then run it.

How you'll work
Execution-first — think 80% doing, 20% planning. You solve hiring problems before they're handed to you. You move fast on good candidates because you know speed wins them. You report outcomes, not effort.
