We're building an AI-powered procurement platform for the construction industry that automates supplier sourcing, tender management, bid evaluation, and purchasing decisions.

The platform processes construction estimates, extracts procurement data, identifies suppliers, sends tender requests, collects responses, scores offers, and generates AI-driven recommendations.

The MVP is already built and validated. We're now entering the production-readiness phase and looking for a strong engineer to help scale the platform for commercial launch.

What You'll Do

• Prepare the existing MVP for production launch.
• Design and improve a secure multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Implement subscription plans and payment workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services and business logic.
• Ensure proper data isolation between organizations and customers.
• Develop and enhance AI-powered product features.
• Improve document parsing, scoring, and recommendation systems.
• Integrate and maintain Google Authentication and Google Calendar.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and backup strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical PM and QA.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scalability challenges.
• Support the long-term growth and expansion of the platform.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building and maintaining production SaaS products.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures.
• Backend-oriented engineering mindset.
• Experience implementing subscriptions and billing systems.
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Production experience with Supabase.
• Experience integrating AI functionality into real-world products.
• Understanding of LLM-based systems and AI product. architecture.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs between quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Comfortable communicating directly with product stakeholders
