Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and processing invoices in the SAP system in accordance with the client’s internal procedures;
• Verifying billing data and clarifying information with clients in case of discrepancies;
• Ensuring timely and high-quality completion of operational tasks in line with established deadlines;
• Continuously improving knowledge of billing processes and the SAP system, as well as supporting knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Experience working with SAP, particularly billing modules, would be an advantage;
• Proficient MS Office user, especially Excel;
• English language proficiency at B2+ level;
• Ability to learn quickly and develop practical skills in working with SAP modules;
• Quality-oriented mindset, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
