dNovo Group is a Toronto-based digital marketing agency operating since 2011. We work with clients in the legal, medical, and construction industries, delivering a full 360-degree digital marketing approach.
We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who can confidently lead client relationships, own SEO strategy, and drive measurable performance growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead regular client meetings and performance calls
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally
- Develop and oversee SEO strategies aligned with client business goals
- Conduct advanced keyword research and content planning
- Identify technical SEO opportunities and growth areas
- Perform website audits and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
- Deliver clear, insightful performance reports
- Ensure implementation quality across internal teams
- Work closely with content creators, developers, designers, and ad managers
Being able to resolve technical issues:
- Website glitches (broken elements on site, contact form delivery, permalink issues, unsecure site, unresponsive site)
- Hosting configurations
- SSL and domain setup
- Troubleshooting email issues
- Setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and fixing tracking issues
- Fixing email issues
- DNS setup for website and emails
- Basic API configurations
- SMTP Setup for contact forms delivery
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO strategy and execution
- Proven experience managing digital marketing clients (not general account management)
- Deep understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
