Real Estate Bees is a U.S. real estate lead marketplace, running since 2017. We generate motivated-seller leads through SEO, PPC, YouTube and social, and connect homeowners with investors across the country. SEO runs across a portfolio of 100+ websites and is one of our largest acquisition channels. We want a Head of SEO to own that portfolio and scale it.

Why this role exists

Organic is a core growth engine, but it's running below its ceiling. We want someone who can look at 100+ domains and know which to push, which to consolidate, and where the next block of revenue is hiding. Someone who treats organic traffic as a P&L, not a vanity chart.

What ownership means here

You own SEO performance and the strategy behind it. You decide where to invest — content, technical, authority, AI-search — and you defend those calls with ROI, not opinion. You direct the team, the freelancers and the partners, and you're accountable for the revenue organic produces. You don't wait for a roadmap; you build it, then deliver against it.

What you'll own

  • SEO performance and growth across the full domain portfolio
  • Strategy across content, technical SEO, authority building and AI-search visibility
  • The SEO team, freelancers and external vendors
  • Budget allocation and prioritization by business impact
  • Forecasting and reporting that ties SEO to revenue

How you'll work

You set your own targets and hit them. You find growth on your own instead of waiting to be assigned it. You bring data and a recommendation, not a question. When a tactic stops working, you kill it without being told.
