dNovo Group is a Toronto-based digital marketing agency operating since 2011. We work with clients in the legal, medical, and construction industries, delivering a full 360-degree digital marketing approach.

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager (SEO & Technical Operations) who can confidently lead client relationships, own SEO strategy, and drive measurable performance growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Leadership
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication
  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally
  • Develop and oversee SEO strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and content planning
  • Identify technical SEO opportunities and growth areas
  • Perform website audits and provide actionable recommendations
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics
  • Deliver clear, insightful performance reports
  • Ensure implementation quality across internal teams
  • Work closely with content creators, developers, designers, and ad managers

Technical Abilities

Being able to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Issues include but are not limited to:

  • Website glitches (broken elements on site, contact form delivery, permalink issues, unsecure site, unresponsive site)
  • Hosting configurations
  • SSL and domain setup
  • Troubleshooting email issues
  • Setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and fixing tracking issues
  • Fixing email issues
  • DNS setup for website and emails
  • Basic API configurations
  • SMTP Setup for contact forms delivery

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as an Digital Account Manager in agency setting
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO strategy and execution
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing clients (not general account management)
  • Deep understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, DNS, SSL certificates, website hosting environments, email deliverability, and website launch processes
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot common website and tracking issues
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
