AI Product Engineer / AI-First Developer

We are looking for an AI-first engineer who can leverage modern AI tools to dramatically accelerate software development.

Our goal is not simply to integrate AI into products, but to rethink the development process itself.

You will work on rapid prototyping, MVP development, internal automation, AI-powered products, and client projects where development speed and efficiency are critical.

Responsibilities:

• Build software products using AI-assisted development workflows
• Use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, Anthropic and modern AI ecosystems
• Rapidly prototype and validate product ideas
• Design and implement AI-powered features
• Build integrations with LLMs and AI services
• Optimize development processes through AI automation
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background
• Commercial experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar technologies
• Experience using AI coding tools in production workflows
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or other LLM APIs
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent workflows
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with RAG systems
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex
• Experience building AI agents
• Startup or MVP development experience
