We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to join our Polish market team and help Ringostat achieve ambitious growth targets. You’ll be responsible for closing deals with businesses that need modern phone system, call tracking, and AI-powered analytics — a product that solves real, measurable business problems.

Hard skills

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (SaaS, IT services, digital products, or similar).
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle: from first contact/demo to closing.
  • Ability to clearly explain your personal sales results and achievements.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Strong CRM hygiene and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously without losing quality.
  • Ability to work with Google Sheets / Excel for basic reporting and sales tracking
  • Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve sales productivity.

Soft skills

  • Strong persistence and follow-up skills — you don’t give up after the first “no”.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with different stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve and exceed targets.

Languages

  • Polish — native or fluent (mandatory). Your clients and daily communication are in Polish.
  • English — Upper Intermediate (B2) or above (mandatory). Internal communication, CRM, and documentation are in English.

⚙️ What you’ll do

Main goal: Close deals with maximum conversion rate and average deal value, consistently hitting your monthly sales target.

  • Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads: from demo to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product demos via video calls, clearly presenting Ringostat’s value to different stakeholders.
  • Work with objections and competitors — understand the market and position Ringostat’s advantages.
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene: every deal with correct status, next steps, and notes.
  • Hit monthly sales targets on revenue, conversion rates, and average deal size.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Ringostat’s product suite (7 products in one ecosystem) to maximize deal value.
  • Collaborate with SDR, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and specialized events when needed.
