We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing services and the US business landscape. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional capable of building and optimizing internal sales processes while working closely with marketing teams to attract and secure new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the US.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the US market effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop, track, and analyze sales KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
  • Drive outreach campaigns to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services.
  • Work cross-functionally with delivery teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to refine offerings and align with market demand.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in IT outsourcing/outstaffing services.
  • Deep understanding of the US market and its business culture.
  • Strong ability to design and implement internal sales processes.
  • Expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Team: 2 lead generation managers, Marketing team.
