Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
• Develop and maintain long-term affiliate relationships
• Negotiate CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share deals
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns
• Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and profitability
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams
• Attend industry conferences and networking events

Requirements:

• 2+ years of affiliate management experience within iGaming
• Proven experience working with LATAM affiliates is a must
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and performance-focused approach
