About the Role

We are looking for a Middle WordPress Developer with strong Elementor expertise and a solid understanding of WordPress as a CMS platform — not just page building.

The ideal candidate should be able to work with custom functionality, integrations, WooCommerce, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and custom themes
• Build pages, templates, reusable blocks, and custom functionality
• Extend Elementor with custom widgets, dynamic tags, controls, and integrations
• Work with Gutenberg, ACF Blocks, and custom WordPress solutions
• Customize WooCommerce (cart, checkout, product pages, emails, subscriptions, memberships)
• Develop custom plugins, integrations, and API connections
• Optimize website performance, technical SEO, and UX
• Debug plugin conflicts, server issues, and performance problems

• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and clients on technical solutions and estimations

Requirements

• Strong WordPress knowledge:

• Strong Elementor / Elementor Pro experience
• Understanding of Elementor API and custom widget development
• Experience with Gutenberg and ACF
• Solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP skills
• WooCommerce customization experience
• Experience with APIs, CRM integrations, payment systems, and third-party services
• Understanding of performance optimization:
  • caching
  • lazy loading
  • CDN
  • Redis
  • CSS/JS optimization
• Familiarity with tools/plugins such as:
  • WP Rocket
  • LiteSpeed Cache
  • Rank Math / Yoast
  • Cloudflare
  • Wordfence
• Experience with Git, staging/production environments, and debugging tools

• Ability to work with Figma and implement responsive layouts accurately
