We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll be working on a wide range of marketing and product-related visuals — from email campaigns and social media to websites and gamification elements. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Create visual assets for email campaigns, landing pages, websites, social media, gamification, and more
• Design static creatives (banners, icons, graphic elements) and simple animated assets (GIFs, short MP4s, lightweight motion)
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across different brands
• Adapt designs to various formats, devices, and localizations
• Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions, bringing new ideas to the table
• Stay updated on design and motion trends, marketing best practices, and industry updates
• Collaborate closely with CRM marketers, copywriters, and email developers to create and launch effective CRM communications
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, campaign results, and performance analysis
  

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in digital marketing, product, CRM, or related fields
• Strong skills in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalents)
• Basic motion design skills for animated banners and simple effects
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS principles
• Understanding of email design limitations and best practices for CRM communications
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual communication
• Ability to quickly adapt designs to multiple formats and platforms
• Attention to detail, structured workflow, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
