Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in test engineering with a focus on automation
• Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Appium, Maestro, or similar tools for test automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript as a primary programming language
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with software engineers
• Experience with Postman or other API testing/automation tools
• Understanding and application of automation best practices
• Experience with Jira or other test management tools
• Experience with Git and IDEs such as VS Code for test automation
• Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks for mobile or web applications

Job responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts for mobile and web applications using JavaScript (Appium, Maestro)
• Build, maintain, and improve the automated test framework
• Analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and prepare test data
• Create and execute test cases (functional, integration, end-to-end) across mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Investigate defects, analyze root causes, and ensure proper test coverage
• Participate in code reviews to improve test quality and maintain best practices
• Contribute to defining quality standards, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies
