Senior Fullstack Engineer (React + NestJS + AWS)

Our client is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a high-impact product team working on a modern SaaS platform and internal AI-related tooling for an Israeli startup operating in the geospatial intelligence and data analytics domain.

The product combines scalable cloud infrastructure, AI-driven systems, and large-scale data processing used by enterprise customers in insurance, real estate, and financial industries.

You’ll join a lean engineering team where every developer has direct impact on architecture, product decisions, and production systems.

## What You’ll Do

— Develop and maintain full-stack features using React, NestJS, and AWS

— Build scalable backend services and REST APIs

— Work with PostgreSQL databases: schema design, optimization, migrations

— Develop microservices and event-driven systems using AWS services

— Maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure

— Improve system observability, monitoring, and reliability

— Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams

— Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

— Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

## Requirements

— 5+ years of commercial fullstack experience

— Strong experience with React + Node.js/NestJS + TypeScript

— Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, EC2, SQS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)

— Experience with microservices architecture

— Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL

— Docker and CI/CD experience

— Solid understanding of REST API design

— Good Git workflow practices

— Ability to work independently and take ownership

## Nice to Have

— Experience with GIS, mapping, or geospatial technologies

— Experience with monitoring/observability tools

— Startup experience or work in small high-impact teams

— Experience with performance optimization

— Mentoring or leadership experience

## Working Style
