Project Overview

Australian client with a live web platform focused on memberships, payments, and administration workflows. The platform is built on Python / Django on AWS. The project covers ongoing development, stabilization, and gradual migration from a legacy system into modern architecture. Start is guaranteed — kick-off Monday, June 1.

Urgent: ASAP start. Discovery phase — 2 weeks full-time. Long-term continuation planned, ideally with the same engineer.

Salary $4,200 – $4,500 / month

Responsibilities

Support and improve the existing live platform

Participate in discovery and migration activities

Work with integrations and legacy business logic

Contribute to platform stability and technical improvements

Requirements (Must-have)

5+ years of Python experience

5+ years of Django and Django Ninja — production level

3+ years of AWS experience — recent projects

English B2+ — direct communication with native speakers

Early start availability from 7:00 AM Kyiv time (the more AU timezone overlap, the better)

Discovery phase: overlap from 7:00 AM Kyiv time. Long-term phase: near-full AU timezone (approx. 01:00–11:00 Kyiv time). Best fit: Candidates in Ukraine / Europe open to a night schedule.
