Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound follow-up
- Run product demonstrations and present tailored proposals to prospects
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start with the product
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted partner for key accounts
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks of churn
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success — ideally in IT
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client business needs
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher for internal communication and documentation
- Ukrainian as the primary language for client communication
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
