The company is a leader in the Search Arbitrage market with over 20 years of experience in traffic. Unlimited budgets, a large creative team, automation of fillings and campaign management, an internal development team. Our goal is to make the media buying process as comfortable as possible and free buyers from constant checking of their advertising campaigns.

Now we are looking for a Head of Media Buying (TikTok Ads and/or Meta/Facebook Ads). Our biggest advantage (beyond a highly experienced team) — is a powerful infrastructure and a high level of process automation. We are looking for someone who loves affiliate marketing not only for the numbers, but also for the game itself: speed, problem-solving, scaling, testing, and continuous development.

Daily challenges and tasks:

  • Managing and scaling the Search Arbitrage direction (TikTok and/or Facebook).
  • Hiring, developing, and managing Team Leads.
  • Monitoring profitability and key performance metrics.
  • Building an effective hypothesis-testing system and scaling successful approaches.
  • Developing a learning culture, expertise-sharing processes, and lesson-learning systems.

Important for us:

  • Experience in Search arbitrage from 3-5 years, of which from 1 year in the position of Head of MB with 3+ Team Leads in subordination.
  • Experience in scaling a team (hiring, adaptation, profit-taking and continuous development).
  • Understanding of TikTok Ads and/or Meta (FB) at an expert level, understanding of the essence of RSOC.
  • Understanding of unit economics.
  • High level of ownership and self-management, ability to keep a high pace without constant control.
  • Genuine love for analytics, tests and “digging” into details.
  • Strong people management skills.

Will be a plus:

1. English at the level of B2+
2. Automation experience
