ORIL is looking for a product-minded Full Stack Engineer to join a mature team working in the Construction Technology domain. The product operates at the intersection of industrial IoT, cloud software, and intelligent automation to improve efficiency, safety, and risk management across complex, real-world projects globally.

This is a high-ownership role designed for an engineer who looks beyond the code. You will actively collaborate with stakeholders to uncover real business problems, define user stories, and drive features from concept to deployment. What will you do?

• Take responsibility for the full product lifecycle — from exploring ambiguous requirements and writing documentation to shipping production-grade frontend and backend code.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand user needs, map out user stories, and ensure technical solutions align with business value.
• Actively use and integrate modern AI tools and LLMs to optimize development workflows, build smart features, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Write clean, scalable code using Python and React. Participate in evolving the architecture, including transitioning legacy components and integrating with hardware/IoT data streams.

• Work in a mature, senior team without rigid boundaries. You’ll navigate between different product tracks and participate in driving design consistency and running product demos.

What do we expect?

• 5+ years of experience building production software with Python and React (experience with cross-platform web or mobile solutions is a plus).
• Strong hands-on coding ability — you actively write and ship production-grade code.
• Experience owning delivery end-to-end: gathering requirements, implementing solutions, testing, and releasing.
• Product-Driven Mindset: Ability to turn high-level concepts into practical scope, write clear acceptance criteria, and deliver functional solutions independently.
• Smart Engineering Efficiency: Strong practical experience using AI coding assistants and LLMs to streamline development and automate routine tasks.
• Strong Communication & Autonomy: Comfortable leading technical discussions, gathering requirements from international stakeholders, and presenting ideas clearly.
• Upper-Intermediate English is essential.
• Experience working in environments with high engineering standards, where developers take ownership of quality, testing, and deployment outcomes.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Node.js is a solid plus.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and setting up basic pipelines.
• Experience in IoT, processing real-time data streams, or working with industrial hardware systems.
