🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), partner banks, and key business partners across global markets, with a focus on CIS countries.
- Drive business growth through identifying new partnership opportunities and expanding existing cooperation.
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and commercial discussions with partners and senior-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate operational processes and ensure high-quality partner support.
- Monitor payment performance metrics and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
- Participate in the development and improvement of sales and partner management processes.
- Prepare reports, maintain up-to-date information flows, and provide insights to relevant departments.
- Contribute to strategic planning, market expansion initiatives, and implementation of new business development opportunities.
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of successful experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Partnership Management within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Crypto industries.
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, PSP operations, acquiring, and banking partnerships.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term B2B relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven professional capable of working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and technical teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages will be considered a plus.
