We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive/Project Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Your primary goal will be to become the CTO’s trusted right hand in operational processes, assist with IT project management, and coordinate development teams. If you enjoy building processes, are comfortable working with task trackers, and want to grow in IT management, we would be excited to welcome you to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project and Task Management: Plan and organize the CTO’s workday, coordinate internal and external meetings, manage workspaces in Jira and Confluence, monitor project statuses, track deadlines, and collect development metrics.

Communication Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the CTO, Team Leads, and other departments within the company.

Meeting Organization: Assist with regular sync meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track follow-ups to ensure agreements are implemented.

Information and Analytical Support: Collect, filter, and structure information; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Calendar Management: Effectively organize working schedules while considering project priorities and meeting requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager (experience within IT companies is a strong advantage).

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of modern workplace tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack/Telegram, Notion/Confluence) and basic knowledge of Jira and other task management platforms.

IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of basic IT terminology (frontend, backend, QA, releases, sprints) and familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Soft Skills: Excellent self-organization and attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations. Strong systems thinking, independent decision-making skills, and the ability to follow through on tasks professionally and persistently are essential.

Languages: Fluent Ukrainian, English, and Polish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken formats and work with documentation.
