✅ Your Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Acquire new registered users and drive first-time deposits (FTD) at the lowest possible cost.
- Develop and execute retargeting strategies to re-engage existing users and increase repeat deposits and deposit volume.
- Perform daily experimentation and optimization of campaigns, including ad sets, creatives, budgets, bids, and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tracking and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns meet defined performance guardrails, such as CPA, FTD cost, and ROAS, while continuously reducing acquisition costs.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
- Work closely with the Social Media and Content team for developing new or optimizing existing ad materials.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights, recommendations, and structured testing roadmaps.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in PPC and iGaming.
🛠️ Your Skills & Experience
- Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling.
- Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, including: Meta Pixel setup, Conversion API integrations for both Meta and Google Ads, advanced event tracking, and attribution models.
- Solid experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for funnel analysis, cohort analysis, attribution, and performance insights.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing, debugging, and maintaining complex tracking setups.
- Demonstrated success running Google and Meta campaigns for the iGaming / online casino industry, with a track record of driving FTDs and repeat deposits.
- Strong understanding of advertising compliance and platform policies for restricted industries (iGaming).
- Ability to operate within strict performance guardrails (CPA, FTD cost, ROAS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and testing strategies.
🔥 Would Be Great
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Prior experience running PPC campaigns for the Peruvian market or LatAm, with an understanding of local user behavior, regulations, and platform specifics.
- Familiarity with regional payment methods and market-specific acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience working with multilingual or localized ad creatives and funnels.
- Conversational English — ability to communicate comfortably in spoken English for team collaboration and cross-functional discussions.
