Arounda is a full-cycle Digital Product Design and Development agency operating on the market since 2016. Our main clients are American and European technology companies.

We are looking for a Team Lead of Lead Generation to strengthen and scale our outbound lead generation function.

You will work closely with the Sales team and leadership to improve our outbound strategy, lead generation processes, team performance, and pipeline quality.

What you will need to do:

  • Lead and manage the Lead Generation / SDR team
  • Set, track, and improve team KPIs and performance metrics
  • Build, improve, and optimize outbound LeadGen processes
  • Work on ICP, buyer personas, segmentation, and target account lists
  • Improve lead research, enrichment, personalization, and qualification processes
  • Oversee LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and CRM handoff
  • Analyze funnel metrics and suggest improvements based on data
  • Hire, onboard, train, and coach LeadGen team members
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure high-quality lead handoff
  • Test new tools, approaches, and outbound strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and results

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Business Development
  • 2+ years of experience managing a LeadGen / SDR / BDR / Research team
  • Experience in IT services, software development, outsourcing/outstaffing, UX/UI design, product design, SaaS, or another B2B tech environment
  • Experience working with US / UK / EU markets
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members
  • Experience building or improving outbound LeadGen processes
  • Experience setting KPIs and managing team performance
  • Strong understanding of ICP, segmentation, lead research, enrichment, personalization, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, qualification, and CRM handoff
  • Experience with CRM and LeadGen tools such as Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Crunchbase, Instantly, Hunter, Snov.io, or similar
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with funnel metrics
  • Ownership, structure, attention to detail, and ability to build processes
