CodePhusion (https://codephusion.com/) is a custom software development company working with biotech, life sciences and SaaS clients. We build products for complex industries and are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join a SaaS project for our US-based client.

What you'll do:

• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Maintain User Story Maps and project documentation
• Write detailed acceptance criteria and work with the dev team on refinements
• Facilitate backlog prioritisation
  

What we expect:

• 2+ years of hands-on BA experience on SaaS or web applications
• Proven ability to run prject discovery phases and structure complex requirements
• Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specs
• Experience with Agile workflows and backlog management
• Excellent written and spoken English for direct client communication
• Comfortable working async - clear documentation, proactive updates, structured handoffs

Work setup:

• Approximately 20 hours/week, flexible schedule with predictable availability windows
• Fully remote, Kyiv timezone
• Mix of async work and occasional client calls
• Part-time engagement with potential to grow long-term
