Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team. This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ months of QA experience — you know how to manually test web and mobile apps, write test cases and bug reports, and understand QA basics, SDLC, and STLC
  • Basic knowledge of testing tools — you’ve used Postman, Selenium, or JUnit at a basic level
  • Attention to detail and proactive thinking — you like solving problems, and suggest improvements to make products better
  • English B1 or higher

What You’ll Do:

  • Testing — write and run test cases, manually test web and mobile applications, verify new features before release, and perform regression testing after bug fixes
  • Bug tracking — find bugs, add tasks to CRM, write clear reports, and do retesting to verify fixes
  • Documentation — create and maintain testing documentation together with the team
  • Teamwork — communicate with developers and project managers to make sure everything works smoothly

Nice to Have:

  • Basic coding skills — you can write simple scripts in Python, JavaScript, or Java
  • ISTQB certificate — you have it or are working towards it
  • Performance testing — you’ve used JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
