The Senior Channel Account Manager is responsible for building our partner onboarding and management processes, setting new and existing partners up for long-term success. Operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, this role takes complete ownership of the post-sale relationship to drive account expansion and ensure consistent repeat business. You will act as a deeply analytical strategic advisor, diving into the details of our partners' business models and proactively designing and implementing sales campaigns to make Skylum their top-performing software vendor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to independently build operational processes from scratch.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of deep-diving into partner data to solve complex problems independently.
- High emotional resilience and a proactive mindset, with a history of taking ownership and showing initiative in ambiguous situations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Success within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing portfolio of accounts.
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM data and generating accurate revenue forecasts.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent command of English.
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building out a new account management or channel function within a growing company.
- Experience in channel sales or partner management.
- Experience in eCommerce environments (eCommerce, retail, distribution), with an understanding of online sales drivers, digital promotions, or marketplace dynamics.
- Experience working in product-based companies.

- You identify creative solutions to overcome obstacles and find win-win outcomes.
- You act as a consultant, providing expert advice to help partners optimize their sales strategies.
- You communicate effectively across different cultures and business environments.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, build, and document the workflows for the new channel account management function.
- Analyze partner sales channels deeply to understand their specific business models and suggest strategic improvements to increase the visibility and sales volume of Skylum products.
- Take full ownership of revenue goals and expansion strategies for the assigned partner portfolio, driving growth proactively.
- Proactively design and implement tailored marketing campaigns and sales incentives for your partners.
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners to ensure they are fully equipped to effectively sell Skylum products.
- Drive the transition from a first-time buyer to a consistent, active partner through dedicated support and engagement.
- Act as the internal advocate for partners to resolve friction points in pricing, assets, or technical support.
- Provide training and enablement to partners regarding Skylum’s products and technologies.

Deliver highly accurate, detailed reports on partner health, repeat purchase rates, and revenue forecasts.
