Job Description

• Theoretical Foundation: Strong understanding of BA basics (SDLC, Agile/Scrum concepts, BABOK introduction is a plus).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to logically structure information and break down complex tasks.
• Tools: Basic familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and drawing tools (Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io).

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (both written and spoken) for internal communication and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Requirements Documentation: Assist in writing clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, and basic functional requirements
• Backlog Support: Help the Project Manager and BA team maintain, organize, and update the product backlog in Jira
• Process Mapping: Create simple visual diagrams (flows, mockups, mind maps) to describe project processes

• Meeting Facilitation: Participate in team meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items
