The team is currently focused on scalability challenges, backend optimization, and future AI-ready data collection.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Java backend development
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
• Experience with high-load infrastructure
• Strong database expertise:
  • Cassandra
  • MySQL/Aurora
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
• Understanding of scalability and performance optimization
• English — B2+

Will be a plus

• Experience with messaging systems
• Experience with WhatsApp/Facebook APIs
• AI/analytics-oriented data architecture experience
