Bliscore is a team of professionals delivering innovative technology solutions for businesses. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will help coordinate projects, communicate with clients, and support the team’s efficiency and smooth collaboration.

Location: Lviv (Hybrid work format)

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the software development process, plan tasks, and track their execution.
• Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, monitor deadlines, and manage priorities.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers, helping resolve day-to-day project-related issues.
• Use project management tools to organize workflows and support efficient delivery processes.
  
  What We Expect From You:
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly deliver information.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Motivation to learn and grow in the IT industry.
  
  Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar PM tools.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Previous involvement in academic, internship, freelance, or personal IT projects will be considered an advantage.
