We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team and help scale performance marketing campaigns across European and North American markets.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Microsoft/Bing Ads
• Manage performance marketing for Shopify-based e-commerce stores
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue growth
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
• Build and optimize shopping campaigns, Performance Max, retargeting, and dynamic ads
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and development teams to improve conversion funnels and landing pages
• Monitor tracking accuracy using:
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion APIs
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple regions and campaigns
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience in e-commerce
• Strong experience working with Shopify stores
• Proven experience managing campaigns for EU and US markets
• Deep understanding of:
  • Google Ads ecosystem
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Shopping feeds and Merchant Center
  • Attribution models and analytics
• Experience scaling campaigns with measurable performance results
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience with conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting

• English level: Intermediate+ or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with Klaviyo, Hubspot, email marketing, or CRM integrations
• Experience in subscription-based e-commerce products
• Understanding of SEO basics and CRO principles
• Experience with multilingual or international stores
