You will own and drive the global marketing strategy across SEO, Retargeting (DSP), and SMM, ensuring scalable growth and maximum ROI across multiple GEOs.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute full-funnel marketing strategy across SEO, Retargeting, and SMM
- Build, structure, and scale marketing teams
- Own KPI framework (ROI, LTV, CPA) and drive channel performance
- Manage and optimize media buying, retargeting campaigns, and traffic sources
- Oversee SEO strategy (technical, content, link-building)
- Lead SMM with a focus on performance and conversion
- Establish reporting systems and analyze funnel performance
- Own budget allocation and optimize for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Affiliate teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years in performance marketing (mandatory: iGaming / betting / gambling)
- 2+ years in leadership roles (Head / Lead level)
- Experience managing SEO, Retargeting / DSP, and SMM channels
- Experience building and scaling marketing teams
- Strong expertise in:
- SEO
- Performance marketing / media buying (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Retargeting / DSP
- SMM (performance-focused)
- Data-driven approach:
- KPI management (ROI, LTV, CPA)
- Reporting and funnel analysis
- Experience managing and allocating marketing budgets
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
