We are not looking for someone who waits for inbound leads. We are looking for a closer.

Someone who knows how to enter competitive markets, open conversations with decision-makers, build pipeline from zero and close revenue fast.

If you’ve sold into fintech, payments, iGaming, affiliate marketing or other high-risk verticals - and you know how to operate without hand-holding - keep reading.

What you’ll own

• Full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → close
• Direct outbound via LinkedIn, Telegram, referrals, events and databases
• Building relationships with founders, operators and C-level decision-makers
• Creating repeatable lead generation and sales systems
• Pipeline growth and revenue generation
• Improving scripts, positioning and outbound strategy
• CRM discipline and performance reporting

This is not a “support the sales department” role. You will be the sales department.

You’ll probably succeed here if you

• Have real B2B closing experience in fintech, payments, iGaming or affiliate industries
• Can generate your own opportunities
• Know how to speak with decision-makers
• Understand outbound psychology and sales mechanics
• Are comfortable with high activity and direct communication
• Can qualify quickly and push deals forward
• Want upside, not comfort
• Think like an operator, not an employee
