Job Description
We are looking for a Google Media Buyer who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for an in-house product.
We need a specialist who not only knows how to launch ads but also deeply understands funnels, analytics, events, and the final business result in terms of leads and loan issuances.
Key Responsibilities
— Launching and managing Google Ads campaigns;
— Working with Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and App Campaigns;
— Scaling successful campaigns;
— Monitoring customer acquisition costs (CPA / CAC / CPL / CPS);
— Analyzing the full funnel: from click to lead / loan issuance;
— Identifying growth opportunities in campaigns, keywords, ads, landing pages, and events;
— Semantic management: keyword research, clustering, negative keywords, query expansion;
— Testing hypotheses, offers, landing pages, and ad funnels;
— Monitoring traffic quality and conversions;
— Setting up and validating correct event tracking in Google Ads;
— Working with analytics through GA4 / GTM / Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust;
— Daily work with performance reporting and metrics.
Requirements
— 2+ years of experience with Google Ads;
— Experience working with performance traffic;
— Mandatory experience in gray/restricted niches: crypto, gambling, betting, fintech, loans, or related verticals;
— Experience launching campaigns for leads, registrations, applications, or loan issuances;
— Strong understanding of Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, App Campaigns;
— Experience setting up analytics and event tracking;
— Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking;
— Ability to work with funnels: click → registration → application → approval → issuance;
— Understanding of CPA, CAC, CPL, CPS, CR, ROAS / ROMI;
— Ability to evaluate not only lead cost but also traffic quality;
— Self-management, structured thinking, and results orientation.

Will Be a Plus
— Experience in MFO / fintech / lending / payday loans;
— Experience with PWA / APK / mobile traffic;
— Experience launching Google App Campaigns;
— Experience working with Keitaro / Binom / RedTrack trackers;
— Understanding of post-issuance client quality metrics: approve rate, signing rate, default rate, profitability, repeat loans.
