About the Role

This is a recruiting role within a portfolio of companies operating across fintech, media, IT, and Web3. You'll be working in a fast-moving environment with distributed teams spread across multiple projects rather than a single product. Hiring here means context-switching between different business domains, candidate profiles, and stakeholders with varying expectations.

What You'll Be Hiring For

  • Commercial: BDR, SDR, Lead Generation, Growth Marketing
  • Product & Delivery: Product Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers
  • Creative & Content: Designers, Journalists, Editors, PR & Marketing
  • Engineering: Backend, Smart-Contract, Full-Stack

Expected volume: ~6 hires/month roughly

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, close
  • Maintain clean documentation: pipeline status, scorecards, feedback, offer records
  • Write and update job briefs in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Ensure process compliance with labor law and internal standards

Requirements

  • Native Russian or Ukrainian speaker; English at B2+ (sufficient for independent candidate screening and communication)
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in IT, fintech, or adjacent industries — with a demonstrable track record: we'll ask about the long-term outcomes of your hires
  • Able to assess candidates analytically, not by checklist
  • Structured with documentation and reporting
  • Keeps personal bias out of the evaluation process
  • Familiarity with crypto / Web3 / fintech context is a plus
