Altum Software is looking for a Junior Project Manager who's ready to take on real responsibility from the very first day.
This role isn't about observing — it's about fully owning projects within a team that moves fast and with purpose.
If you want to grow alongside an ambitious product and driven people — this position is for you.

Who we are:

Altum is a Ukrainian software and website development house. We create human-centered digital products for startups and mid-sized businesses, and support digital agencies from the US and Western Europe. There's no room for mediocrity here — only A+ players with shared values, a culture of open communication, and an environment where people genuinely grow.

What we offer:

  • Deep immersion through a structured onboarding program;
  • Ongoing support and mentorship;
  • Access to modern PM tools and platforms;
  • Direct communication with market leaders;
  • Real space for fast career advancement;
  • Regular, constructive feedback that moves you forward;
  • Paid time off and sick leaves;
  • A team that genuinely supports each other;
  • Personalized benefits built around you.

What you need:

  • Independence and a drive to get better every single day;
  • Structured approach to work and sharp attention to detail;
  • Ability to find solutions where others stop;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Practical experience with management tools;
  • Prior experience in a PM role or adjacent position;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher;
  • Strong understanding of PM fundamentals: planning, timelines, budgets, methodologies;
  • Technical understanding of project context — a big plus;
  • An existing freelancer network — an advantage in selection.

What you'll do:

  • Independently manage 10–12 projects in parallel — from website builds to software development;
  • Define goals, scope, and expected outcomes for each project;
  • Plan the work: timelines, milestones, resources;
  • Stay on top of progress and act fast on risks;
  • Communicate statuses and changes to all stakeholders;
  • Meet regularly with clients: reports, challenges, solutions;
  • Build a team environment rooted in trust and openness;
  • Follow PM standards and uphold quality at every project stage;
  • After each project — analyse results and implement improvements.
