We’re looking for a recruiter with at least some hands-on experience — ideally, you’ve hired for both technical and non-technical roles and know your way around sourcing platforms.
As a Recruiter, you’ll take part in building our team from the ground up. We’re hiring developers, designers, marketers, support staff, and more — and we need someone who knows how to find and connect with great talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full hiring cycle: from job posting to providing an interview
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Djini, Dou, and other platforms
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain an organized hiring pipeline
  • Work across multiple roles — both tech (e.g., developers, designers) and non-tech (e.g., marketers, ops)

What You Bring:

  • At least 6–12 months of experience in recruiting (in-house or agency), we also considering without experience
  • Confidence in sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Some understanding of technical roles (e.g., frontend/backend dev, QA, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, independent, and eager to grow
  • Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Notion is a plus
  • Good English (from Intermediate)
