We’re looking for a recruiter with at least some hands-on experience — ideally, you’ve hired for both technical and non-technical roles and know your way around sourcing platforms.
As a Recruiter, you’ll take part in building our team from the ground up. We’re hiring developers, designers, marketers, support staff, and more — and we need someone who knows how to find and connect with great talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full hiring cycle: from job posting to providing an interview
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Djini, Dou, and other platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain an organized hiring pipeline

Work across multiple roles — both tech (e.g., developers, designers) and non-tech (e.g., marketers, ops)
What You Bring:
- At least 6–12 months of experience in recruiting (in-house or agency), we also considering without experience
- Confidence in sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Some understanding of technical roles (e.g., frontend/backend dev, QA, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, independent, and eager to grow
- Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Notion is a plus
