About the Company

An international iGaming holding company operating a full online casino ecosystem: proprietary platform, payment infrastructure, marketing, and affiliate network.

We are building a management structure in Tier-1 markets and are looking for a strategic leader to head a regional cluster of brands. This is not an operational CEO role for a single project, but a portfolio leadership position with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of brand projects within the region (3–6 CEOs reporting directly);
  • Define and execute the overall regional development strategy;
  • Identify priority GEOs, determine launch formats (in-house / white label), and scaling sequence;
  • Oversee local CEOs’ strategies and ensure delivery of KPIs and business plans;
  • Take full ownership of the region’s consolidated P&L;
  • Analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, Retention, CPA, ROI, Payback) and make data-driven decisions;
  • Evaluate investment efficiency of new launches and initiatives;
  • Build the region’s operational architecture: processes, reporting, and metric standardization;
  • Participate in hiring and assessing local CEOs and key executives;
  • Work closely with the board: present strategy, defend budgets, and investment initiatives;
  • Develop the region as an investment cluster with strong scalability potential.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the iGaming B2C operational business;
  • Proven experience managing multiple business units, brands, or regions;
  • Hands-on experience in Tier-1 markets;
  • Strong knowledge of local licensing, payment infrastructure, and marketing models;
  • Experience with strategic P&L management and budgeting;
  • Ability to build management structures and reporting systems;
  • Capability to lead strong CEOs without micromanagement;
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking, with a results-driven mindset;
  • Entrepreneurial approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluent English for effective communication with an international team.
