Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in motion design with a focus on performance creatives (UA, mobile apps, or games).
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience creating playable ads - from storyboard development to final HTML5 builds tailored to network specifications.
  • Solid understanding of performance video storytelling: strong hooks within the first 3 seconds, pacing, and effective CTAs.
  • Knowledge of technical requirements for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity, and ironSource (file size, duration, formats, safe zones).
  • Portfolio featuring real launched creatives.

Desired / Preferred Skills:

  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for customizing playable mechanics beyond ready-made frameworks.
  • Experience with Spine or Rive for character skeletal animation.
  • 3D skills in Cinema 4D or Blender.
  • Experience working with audio and sound design.
  • Understanding of creative analytics, including the ability to interpret IPM, CTR, CPI, and ROAS metrics and draw actionable conclusions.
  • English proficiency sufficient for reading briefs and communicating with the team.
  • Experience in the gaming vertical is considered a strong advantage.

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Production of video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity, and ironSource.
  • Development of playable ads: concept creation, storyboarding, design, animation, assembly, and final export.
  • Adaptation of creatives for vertical, square, and horizontal formats. Generating A/B testing hypotheses together with the UA team.
  • Iterating based on performance metrics - improving winning creatives and discarding underperforming ones.
  • Monitoring competitor creatives and trends across advertising networks.
  • Preparing source files according to each platform’s technical specifications.
