SOFTPROM — an international Value Added IT Distributor — is looking for a Business Development Manager (Atlassian) to drive growth of Atlassian solutions across multiple regions.

Vendor: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket)


Region: Ukraine, CIS, Baltics, Central & Eastern Europe


Work format: Remote


Contract: B2B with Austrian company

Responsibilities

• drive business development and sales of Atlassian solutions
• achieve sales targets and non-financial KPIs (presentations, demos, pilots)
• work with enterprise customers and channel partners
• manage complex deals with long sales cycles
• collaborate with vendor and plan joint business activities
• build and manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting
• develop and grow partner ecosystem

Requirements

• 3+ year of experience as BDM / Sales Manager
• experience in selling IT solutions (SaaS / software / enterprise tools)
• understanding of Atlassian products or ability to learn quickly
• experience with CRM systems
• strong B2B negotiation skills
• presentation skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to have

• experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
• experience with enterprise clients
• international sales experience
• Atlassian certifications
