  • Advanced Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, X-Ray search, and cutting-edge sourcing tools to find hidden gems.
  • First-Class Outreach: Initiate contact and craft compelling, high-converting messages to passive candidates.

  • Data & Tracking: Manage candidate databases (ATS/CRM systems) and report on sourcing efficiency.
