International fintech company is looking for an experienced Head of B2B / Head of Payments to help scale the high-risk processing direction and build long-term partnerships within the gambling and fintech industries.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow B2B partnerships in high-risk industries
  • Attract new merchants and gambling operators
  • Sell payment processing / acquiring / APM solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
  • Develop payment flows and business growth strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams: product, compliance, operations, and tech
  • Participate in international conferences and networking events (Sigma, SBC, etc.)
  • Drive revenue growth and processing volume
  • Help scale and structure the B2B/payment direction


Requirements

  • Strong experience in high-risk fintech/payments
  • Experience working with gambling / betting / crypto / forex verticals
  • Existing network within gambling or high-risk industries
  • Experience selling payment processing / APM / acquiring solutions
  • Deep understanding of payment flows and merchant acquiring
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Russian and English — professional working proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and build partnerships


Will be a strong plus

  • Experience in PSP/payment provider companies
  • Experience working directly with gambling operators
  • Existing portfolio of merchants/partners
  • Experience building or leading B2B/payment teams
